Infinite Flow Resistance (TL)

Perfect discontinuity in a thermal liquid network.

infinite flow resistance (tl)

Description

The Infinite Flow Resistance (TL) unit represents a break in the thermal liquid network. There is no mass or energy flow through the gap. However, the fluid properties set by the Thermal Liquid Settings (TL) block connected to the circuit are the same on both sides of the rupture. This block can be used to set the priority and initial target values for the pressure and temperature differences between ports A and B.

Ports

Non-directional

A - port with zero mass flow and energy consumption
thermal liquid

A thermal liquid port at which the mass flow rate and energy consumption are zero.

B - port with zero mass flow rate and energy expenditure
`thermal liquid'.

A thermal liquid port at which the mass flow rate and energy consumption are zero.
