Description

Block Flow Rate Sensor (2P) It is an ideal sensor that measures mass flow, volume flow and energy consumption in a two-phase liquid network. The pressure and temperature in the sensor do not change.

Since the flow rate is variable, the unit must be connected in series with the measured component.

The mutual orientation of ports A and B sets the measurement sign. The measurement is positive if the flow goes from port A to port B. Replacing the ports in places changes the sign of the measurement to the opposite.

Three ports are available for the output of measurement data:

  • port M outputs the mass flow rate;

  • port V outputs the volumetric flow rate;

  • port φ displays the power consumption.

Use the block parameters to open only those ports that are needed for measurements in a particular model.
