Description
Block Voltage-Controlled Current Source It is a voltage-controlled current source described by the following equation:
Where:
-
— current;
-
— gain factor;
-
, — potential values at the control terminals.
To use the unit, connect the + and − ports on the left side of the unit (control ports) to the control voltage source. The two ports on the right side of the unit (output ports) represent the output current source. The arrow indicates the positive direction of the output current.
Ports
The unit has four electrical ports. The + and − connections on the left side of the unit are the control ports, they represent the terminals of the control circuit. The other two ports represent the terminals of the output current source. The arrow indicates the positive direction of the current.
Parameters
Transconductance Gmutual — gain
1 1/ohm (by default)
The ratio of the output current to the control voltage; has a conductivity dimension.
Initial value of input voltage v1 — initial value of input (control) voltage v1
0 (by default)
The initial value of the input (control) voltage .
Initial value of output current i2 — initial value of output current i2
0 (by default)
Initial value of the output current .
