Environment Parameters
Environmental parameters for all connected SPICE units.
Description
The Environment Parameters block allows you to set parameters that apply to all SPICE-compliant units in the electrical network:
-
Circuit Temperature.
-
Minimum conductivity.
If your model does not contain an Environment Parameters block, all blocks use these parameter values by default. To override the values by default, connect each network in the system to the Environment Parameters box.
The simple semiconductor models in the Semiconductors sub-library are temperature independent, so the Environment Parameters block only changes the minimum conductivity parameter used by the exponential diode and bipolar transistor models. |
