To ensure the functioning of the RITM SDR USRP, it is necessary to install the LabVIEW environment together with the NI-USRP profile driver.

The setup algorithm includes the creation of a new project and the transition to the Block Diagram window. Regular examples for USRP are available in the following way: Functions → Instrument I/O → Instr Drivers → NI-USRP → Examples.

The following software modules are used to implement the transmission and reception of signals:

  • niUSRP EX Tx Continuous Async: provides generation and continuous asynchronous transmission of a sinusoidal signal.

  • niUSRP EX One Shot Rx: implements data reception in one-shot mode.

When configuring the modules, it is critically important to verify the IP address of the device, determine the active antenna ports and set the appropriate parameters of the path.

The operating procedure of the system assumes the primary activation of the transmitter. After establishing a stable broadcast, data capture and reading is initiated on the receiver side.
