UHD compatible third-party software

The priority supported integration of RITM SDR USRP is Engee, for which a special support package. An example of sharing RITM SDR USRP and Engee you can find in the article Getting started with RITM SDR USRP.

However, due to the availability of full hardware compatibility with the standardized UHD interface, RITM SDR USRP equipment can also be connected to third-party software interfaces:

Python UHD API
LabView UHD
MATLAB / Simulink UHD API
GNU Radio UHD

This may be in demand in migration scenarios to new software in order to check for equivalence with respect to previously created programs for processing, measuring and generating signals in the source software.

Full compatibility of the UHD interface allows you to use RITM SDR USRP as a hardware and software platform in projects based on open libraries of network communication standards such as:

srsRAN;
openLTE;
OpenRAN;
Open5GS.
