Current Source (Three-Phase)
An ideal three-phase power source.
Description
The Current Source (Three-Phase) unit simulates an ideal three-phase current source that maintains sinusoidal currents of a given magnitude regardless of its voltage.
The output current is determined by the following equations:
,
Where:
-
- phase current amplitude.
-
- RMS value of the phase current.
-
- corresponding phase currents.
-
- frequency.
-
- phase shift.
-
- time.
The arrow indicates the positive direction of the current. The source is star connected, port n corresponds to the neutral point.
Ports
~ - three-phase port
electricity
Three-phase port, corresponds to phases a
, b
and c
of the source.
n - neutral
electricity
Electrical port, corresponds to the neutral point.
Parameters
Current (phase RMS), A - RMS value of phase current
100 / sqrt(2) (by default)
RMS value of phase current (for sinusoidal current is the same as the effective current).
Phase shift, deg - phase shift
`0.0 (by default).
Phase shift in angular units.
Frequency, Hz - current frequency
50.0 Hz (By default)
.
Current frequency.
