Free Engee licence
The purpose of the Engee free licence is to provide a simple way for staff in science and education organisations to familiarise themselves with the functions of the software, and to enable user interaction and discussion of published material in the Engee online community.
To activate the free licence, go to Engee’s personal account in the My Organisations section of 
and select Activate Free Licence:
In the window that appears, fill in your details and those of your organisation and click Activate:

Conditions for granting a licence - a free licence is granted only if the user’s profile data, including the place of employment or study, is filled in completely and correctly. The user is entitled to only one free licence.

Limitations of use - the free licence does not imply its use in the framework of commercial works, research, development, teaching.

Profile requirements - access to the free licence is only granted if the personal profile is complete and accurate. It is forbidden to transfer the User’s credentials, this will result in automatic blocking of the licence.

Use Limits - the limit of free use of Engee under this licence type is 20 (twenty) hours per month. The limits are updated every first day of the calendar month:

Connection Limits - By default, the free licence limits the number of simultaneous connections from an organisation. This number can be extended by contacting Engee technical support.

The File storage of a free Engee licence is isolated from other paid/commercial user licences.

User activity - regular use of Engee is required to maintain the free licence. If the account is inactive for 6 (six) months, the Licence will be deactivated and the file storage will be purged with no possibility of data recovery.

Transfer of a user’s Engee licence to another organisation of study or work is done by contacting the Helpdesk.

The Licence Holder reserves the right to suspend the free licence in case the User violates the rules of use of this type of licence or for any other reason.
