Free Engee License

The purpose of free Engee licenses is to provide a simple opportunity for employees of high—tech and educational organizations to familiarize themselves with the software functions, as well as to ensure the interaction of users of the Engee Internet community and discussion of published materials.

To activate the free license, you must Engee merchant profile:

  • In the Control Panel section, select Activate:

In the window that opens, fill in your details and the details of your organization and click Connect:

Engee Free Licensing Regulations

  1. License Terms and Conditions — A free license is granted only if the user’s profile data is filled in completely and correctly, including the place of employment or study. The user is entitled to only one free license.

  2. USAGE restrictions — The free license does not imply its usage in the framework of commercial work, research, development, teaching.

  3. Profile requirements — Access to the free license is maintained only if the personal profile data is complete and reliable. It is forbidden to transfer User credentials, this entails automatic blocking of the license.

  4. Usage Limits — The limit of free usage of Engee under this type of license is 20 (twenty) hours per month. Limits are updated every first day of the calendar month:

  5. Connection Restrictions — by default, the free license limits the number of simultaneous connections from the organization. The expansion of this number is possible through contacting technical support Engee.

  6. File storage free license Engee isolated from other paid\commercial user licenses.

  7. User Activity — Regular usage of Engee is required to maintain a free license. If the account is inactive for 6 (six) months, the License is deactivated and the file storage is cleared without the possibility of data recovery.

  8. The transfer of the user’s license to another organization of study or work is carried out by contacting the support service.

  9. The Copyright Holder reserves the right to suspend the free license in case of violation by the User of the rules of usage of this type of license or for any other reason.
